WORCESTER : IRRIGATION FARMING WITH DIVERSE PRODUCTS
This magnificent 387.2 ha farm is situated near the Nuy Valley, and approximately 13 km from Worcester. It consists of two title deeds in three portions, one on either side of the road between Worcester and Robertson, and the manager’s house on a smallholding of 4.8ha.

7 cultivars
The table grapes are processed and packed in a modern packing shed on site.

Almonds - 19 ha
3 cultivars, and all trees are between 3 - 4 years old.
The almonds are cultivated in partnership with the neighbour, which agreement will be transferred to the new owner.

Olives - 6,50 ha – mostly Mission
The Seller produces cured olives for private buyers.
Larger quantities are delivered to a well-known company that produces olive oil as well as cured olives for supermarkets and specialty shops.

Cash crops – 17 ha

A neighbour rents this section on a seasonal basis for producing cash crops.

Open land - 10 ha. Previously under vines.
